




The Wildlife unit of the Yakama Nation Timber Fish and Wildlife section conducts research on the response of forest wildlife to timber management. Our main focus has been on reproductive ecology of cavity-nesting birds in managed ponderosa pine forests. See links below for descriptions of our current pages:
